The basic provisions were adopted provisions that each country has one vote
IHS change to permit a simple majority vote, to give less than 2/3 of the votes was the change adopted for a trial period of two years
The general characteristics of the evaluation was designed allocating points for length, shape and color of the body, dorsal and caudal fins, for vitality and color intensity
